Introducing
Anne Jacobson
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Music Honours.
Master of Music.
Diploma in Education postgraduate.
Professional Qualification:
Professional member of the Music Teacher's
Association of Queensland.
Professional member of the Australian String
Teacher's Association.
I
offer private tuition in the following areas:
Australian Music Examination Board certification in Piano preliminary grade
to AMusA (main syllabus or piano for leisure).
AMEB Cello preliminary grade to grade 5.
AMEB Theory of Music grades 1 to grade 6.
My
students have produced consistently high results in their AMEB examinations.
I am also available as an accompanist for AMEB examinations.
A
non-examination option is offered to those students who prefer to take
lessons purely for leisure and enjoyment.
My
studio is a spacious and well-lit.
I teach on a professional Petrof grand piano with
adjustable pedal mechanism for the young beginner.
The studio has ample seating for a small soiree
which provides a showcase for parents and students each term. A recording
facility aids students in preparing for examinations.
Lessons are structured to suit the individual student's needs and abilities.
