Introducing
Denise Jones
As Dip, BA(Mus), Grad Dip in Performance and
teaching from Griffith Uni QCM, M Mus Performance UQ
Denise has maintained a successful studio for many years. She studied with
Nadia Reisenberg at the Juilliard School of Music in New York and returned
to Australia to work at BGS as a Secondary Teacher of Music. During her time
there she conducted choirs, revived a recorder consort and accompanied as
required .
Denise has a great love of music and is delighted to share this with
students of all ages and standards. Currently she is a Concillor on the MTAQ
and a AMEB Examiner.
Denise
is involved with gardening, Tae-kwon-do, Yoga and Boxing. She also enjoys
teaching theory Grades 1-6
